Job Overview工作概述

This position is to manage the CA product line on their product entire life cycle management and works closely with the sales team, cross functions, maximize the growth, development and return on investment in China by providing expertise product knowledge and know-how. The person will lead the team to support the sales team as well as the service team on, but not limit to, product training, sales data and competitor analysis, market trends etc. this position with the team shall act as laison between Comop, BA and SSU.

This position will also oversee clinical education for CA business, build up systemic training hierarchy and related internal & external speakers’ list, bridge between Getinge technologies and end users.

Portfolio Management  15%

  • According to the Chinese market demand, determine the new product launch, OEM partnership and inorganic portfolio expansion and assist the registration.
  • Define and implement the product strategy and positioning across the life cycle.
  • Create selling tool, including brochure, data sheet, presentation, competitor analysis etc.
  • Closed to end customer to support on product and collect unfulfilled needs and communicate with BA PM team.
  • To provide the customer insights of unmet needs and market trend on a regular basis.

Marketing Excellence 25%

  • Take the ownership of operational marketing plan in line with growth strategy and business needs, which includes budgeting, KOL management and downstream MKT activities.
  • Produce pre-sale, in-sale and user application training support.
  • Implement best-in-class marketing methodology to empower profitable growth, increasing brand recognition and increasing share of voice & customer mind.

Growth Strategy Calibration and Implementation 25%

  • Take the ownership of marketing intelligence generation including market share monitoring.
  • Forwarder thinking to foresee market trend, competitive move and changes of customer buying behavior, which leads to timely act to enhance market leadership.
  • Build up the growth strategy with solid financial proof and market insights.
  • Business case generation for any growth initiatives.
  • Manage the stakeholders with effective communication and presentation.

Clinical Education Excellence 20%

  • Classify the clinical customer needs based on product lines and build up training hierarchy.
  • Enhance MarCom activity by strengthening exposure of CA technologies such as WeChat official account.
  • Provide necessary resource to education team to empower team capability.
  • Support team to build up internal and external speaker pool.

Team management 15%

  • Build up competencies and capacities of CA marketing team to meet business needs
  • Manage the team performance.
  • Develop and coach team members.
  • Other assigned jobs from the line manager

 

Minimum Requirements任职条件

 

  • Bachelor degree in medicine or bioscience/Engineering relevant. Major in Cardiology is preferred.
  • Master's degree in business or market research is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills at least in English
  • Minimum of total 5 years working experience in marketing product/brand, experience in MNC especially in the field of Cardiology is preferred.
  • Well-developed planning and resource allocation skills
  • Customer orientation(internal customer)
  • Strong MS Powerpoint and MS excel skills
