Product marketing management 产品市场管理(50%):
- Responsible for the product line management of service solutions in SWF (Surgical workflow)medical equipment, analyzing the macro market environment of medical equipment related service products, competition dynamics and customer demand and other microenvironments so as to formulate the marketing strategy of the service product line and implement the product marketing plan based on the 4P's, and help the sales team and the service team to complete the business targets;
负责SWF外科工作流程医疗设备的服务解决方案的产品线管理, 分析医疗设备相关服务产品的宏观市场环境,竞争动态和客户需求等微观环境,以制定服务产品线的营销策略并落地基于4P的产品市场计划,助力销售团队和售后服务团队完成相关业务指标;
- High-frequency communication with key opinion leaders, close communication with sales team and after-sales engineers team to effectively analyze customer pain points and needs, continuous iteration of service solutions to meet customer needs, enhance product competitiveness, and accelerate business growth.
与关键意见领导层高频交流,与销售团队和售后工程师团队密切交流从而有效分析客户痛点和需求,持续迭代服务解决方案以满足客户需求,提升产品竞争力,加速业务增长;
- by leveraging on China's policies and integrating SWF surgical workflow equipment, explore the innovation and implementation of service solutions, such as medical equipment leasing services and effective pay-per-use fees for medical equipment to break through business barriers.
借助中国政策,融合SWF外科工作流程设备,探索服务解决方案的创新和落地,如医疗设备租赁服务和医疗设备按次有效收费等,以突破业务壁垒
Product commercial synergy 产品商业协同(40%)
- Provide sales teams with effective pre-sales, in-sales and post-sales marketing tools and support for service solutions.
就服务解决方案,为销售团队提供提之有效的售前,售中和售后的营销工具和支持;
- Pre-sales product promotion tools and programs, such as service solution brochure, demo videos, product slides, best case sharing, sales talk track and service application scenarios.
售前的产品推广工具和方案,如服务解决方案彩页,产品视频,产品幻灯,最佳案例分享,销售拜访话术和服务应用场景展示等;
- In-sales product and service bidding support, such as service solution bidding parameters, contract templates, quotation tools.
售中的产品服务招标支持,如服务方案招标参数,合同模板,报价工具;
- Support for service team to track, evaluate and improve customer satisfaction on medical equipment and product services.
支持售后团队就医疗设备和产品服务的客户满意度追踪,评价与改善;
- In conjunction with the line manager, work closely with the global com ops team to develop pricing strategies and accomplish value-based pricing.
配合直线经理,与全球商业运营团队密切合作,制定价格策略并完成基于价值的定价.
- Leveraging on the team of service engineers to support the sales team and conduct demonstration and training of service solutions to distributor and target customers etc.
借力售后工程师团队,支持销售团队,对代理商和目标客户进行服务解决方案的展示/演示和培训等.

- Internal communication with QRC, logistic, finance, service,BA and etc.
与法规、物流、财务、合规、质量、售后、工厂等沟通
- Other job placements for line managers in related areas.

Minimum Requirements任职条件
- Bachelor’s degree in science and engineering, science in business or medical technology related subject or above.
理工科、商科、医疗技术专业, 本科及以上学历
- Preferably 5-8 years working experience in related position, product manager in Medical Device industry and/or other technical work with related products making the candidate familiar with medical equipment technology and Service concept.
最好有相关职位5-8年工作经验,医疗器械行业产品经理及/或其他能够熟知医疗设备技术和服务解决方案概念的相关产品的技术或市场工作.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 所需的知识、技能和能力
- Prefer knowledge and experience in medical device and Service solution.
医疗器械和服务解决方案方面的知识和经验优先。
- Demonstrable strong communication ability and possess the ability to be highly persuasive, articulate with an excellent level of negotiation skills.

- Skilled in both verbal and written English.

- Be able to travel.
