Job Overview
- Analyst for regional IT solutions for Data & Process Analytics Systems.
- The analyst is responsible for the regional supervision and the further development of global IT Data & Process Analytics systems according to the Getinge Group IT strategy and the requirements of the regional business stakeholders.
- Supervision and development of the regional key user community of Data & Process Analytics in APAC & MEA.
- Management of communication between global IT organization and regional business stakeholder.
- Escalation management with global IT support organization.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Technical support and consulting for internal customers/ power users for Data & Process Analytics Systems.
- Develop and execute key and power user trainings for Data & Process Analytics Systems.
- Development of IT concepts and proposed solutions.
- Customer support for technical questions and support topics.
- Analysis of bu siness processes and planning their optimization and adaptation.
- Project Management.
- Data modelling and testing support.
- Manage and guide assigned external resources.
Requirements
- Degree in business, information technology or other relevant disciplines.
- More than 5 years' experience Data & Process Analytics Systems in an international company.
- Technical skills:
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and data modelling concepts.
- Expertise in data visualization tools, preferably Power BI.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Coding experience with SQL and DAX.
- Data modelling and report development.
- Requirements gathering and support tasks.
- Business experience building reports using SAP ERP and/or Sales Force as source applications.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Japanese.
- Broad understanding of business processes across sales, service, finance, and logistics.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills (Game Changer & Forward Thinker).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (Team Player).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to internationl project locations when required.
