We are currently looking for the Sales Manager to join us to manage our Surgical Workplaces products. The manager will manager the sales of our OR management solutions and Surgical Workplaces products that contribute to Getinge Group's continuum of care; enabling surgeries and treating acute health conditions.

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Develop the business for Surgical Workplaces products and OR management solutions.
  • Able to demonstrate and provide insight into the unique capabilities of Tegris and Torin, software interfacing, OR workflow, data management, reporting and dashboards, servers, IT networking, advising on cost-effective configurations and discussing potential unique configurations and enterprise solutions.
  • Able to articulate the overall digital solution to non-IT versed internal/ external stakeholders on how the informatics component of the solutions contributes to achieving the customer goals and objectives.
  • Leverage the full portfolio to maximize opportunities and ensure optimal market coverage.
  • Track new projects, tender's enquiries and executions.
  • Monitor key market trends and competitive market information.
  • Responsible for the sales budget and gross profit planning and achievement.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing funnel and sales forecasting with accuracy.
  • Contribute to trade shows, demonstrations, trials, and other venues where Getinge products will be evaluated.
  • Lead/ assist with planning, logistics, and set up.
  • Gather needs and requirements from customers (including architects, planners, and consultants) and advise on practical approaches that will meet customer needs while ensuring Getinge profitability and success.
  • Provide training for customers and assist with customer usability issues when needed.

 

Requirements:

 

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Management/ Engineering/ Science/ Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of technical knowledge in OR and ICU workflows.
  • A minimum of 5 years of medical device/ capital sales experience which includes direct selling experience to architects, equipment planners, physicians, and hospitals; or minimum 4 years applicable clinical experience with sales atitutde.
  • Proven understanding of medical construction engineering and local codes and standards.
  • Experience & knowledge in HCIT, Workflow Projects is a Plus.
  • Knowledgeable about hospital workflow, imporvement and practices, industry trends, changing market regulations and healthcare policy within defined customer segment.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience of Medical Devices sales is preferred
  • Understanding of Singapore IT Infrastructre and Synpaxe IT requirements.
  • Excellent understanding of Getinge solutions and implementation capabilities
  • Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to relate successfully with customers of all kinds
  • Excellent planning and implementation skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Offices skills in Excel, Workd, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
