The Site Supervisor will oversee the installation of medical devices at various OR, ICU, CCSD and other healthcare project sites. This role involves coordinating with project teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing on-site activities to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage on-site installation activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and company installation requirements.
- Coordinate with project engineers and managers to align on project goals.
- Coordinate with main contractor and the sub-contractors.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Coordinate and supervise material deliveries to project sites.
- Attend the Tool Box Meeting and apply for the permit to work and other site forms.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- WSQ Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry - WSHMCI (formerly known as WSQ SCWWSH, MOM BCSS).
- WSQ Manage Work At Height (MWAH).
- Proven experience in site supervision, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Good interpersonal skills and and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
