About this opportunity
Join our dynamic Nordic Sales team, where we focus on driving growth and market presence for vascular and cardiac surgery products across the Nordic region. As part of a tight knit, highly engaged team, you will play a key role in strategic product management, supporting sales, and ensuring execution of successful marketing activities. Our team is spread across the Nordics, travels frequently, and has a strong track record of achieving ambitious goals.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to lead the execution of product strategies and marketing plans to drive growth in the vascular portfolio. You will be the go-to person for market insights, sales support, and stakeholder engagement, working closely with cross-functional teams, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and purchasing organizations.
What you will do
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, supporting sales teams, and driving commercialization efforts. Your daily tasks will include:
• Developing and executing product & marketing strategies in alignment with business goals.
• Providing market insights, analyzing data, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Leading product launches and supporting sales teams with training and commercial guidance.
• Building strong relationships with KOLs, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Representing the company at key congresses, peer-to-peer training sessions, and exhibitions.
This position is based in Sweden or Denmark, with approximately 40% travel across the Nordics and internationally.
You will bring
To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications:
• Relevant educational background preferably in business, life sciences, or a related field
• Experience in sales, product management or clinical MedTech environment, ideally within vascular or cardiac surgery.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to work with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Fluent in Swedish or Danish and English, both spoken and written.
