We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager for Getinge Nordics, our Nordic Sales and Service unit at Getinge
This role is an exciting opportunity for you who want to take part in the continuous growth of Getinge Sales and Service organisation and also drive our HR transformation as part of the Nordics & UKI HR team.
As our new Senior HR Manager, you are offered a place in a successful company whose main purpose is to help save lives. With us, you will get the opportunity to manage the overall HR responsibility in the Sales and Service organization in the Nordic Countries and act as a key driver and leader in ensuring the effective development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes.
What you will do
In this role, you are the voice towards the organization, creating structure and clarity in all our Sales and Service units in our Nordic countries. You will work closely with the MD and Management team regarding development, implementation, follow-up, and maintenance of strategic and operational HR activities. In this role you have one direct report.
You will also be part of the Nordics & UKI HR team and actively contribute to develop the people agenda for the region and on an operational level to decide on priorities and initiatives.
Day to day responsibilities will include to:
- Represent Human Resources in the region and be an active member on the Sales and Services management team.
- Advice and support to the Management team concerning development, implementation, follow-up and maintenance of strategic and operational HR activities.
- Ensure local regulation, policies and routines are followed and adhered to in the area of HR and make sure that relevant quality management systems are known and followed.
- Provide HRBP support for e.g. employee communications, labour relations, work environment and organizational change.
- Ensure implementation of strategic HR initiatives, global HR policies and annual processes.
- Adapt to local needs, coach managers and provide training as required.
As a member of the Swedish HR Business Partner team take an active role in the development of the overall people agenda. May also be responsible for a specialist area (e.g. working environment, health, diversity etc.) and support across the region (site/country/functions) in those areas.
This position is based in Solna, Stockholm, and you report to the Head of HR Nordics and UKI and work closely with the MD Sales and Services as well as the Vice President HR Global Sales. The role may include occasional travels, mostly within the Nordics.
You will bring
To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field
- Extensive experience in the HR field with proven experience and knowledge of principles and practices in HR.
- Extensive experience in leading HR activities in a cross-functional context
- Good understanding of Swedish and Nordic employment law and practices as well as employee relations
- Experience in development and implementation of strategies and initiatives in relevant HR areas
- Ability to analyze business requirements in an international organization and to adapt corporate HR strategies in the most relevant way
- Ability to constructively challenge business decisions and to partner with management to find solutions
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills namely Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English. Another Nordic language is a plus.
