Responsibilities:

• Apply clinical knowledge to assist in the requirements solicitation, design, development, configuration, and implementation of Talis products
• Pro-actively work with client stakeholders to elicit program requirements, advocating optimal use of technology to develop a solution that improves current practices and outcomes
• Perform clinical walkthroughs, completing thorough assessments of IT infrastructure, existing technology, and clinical workflows to produce comprehensive analysis which will serve as the foundation for sales quotes and resource planning
• Clarify customer requirements and communicate to internal stakeholders in an actionable manner
• Forecast implementation target dates
• Support field training
  • Refine training plan/ process and generate additional training tools as needed
  • Facilitate and conduct client training on site
• Maintain close communication with internal stakeholders and customers during the implementation process, keep everyone updated on project plan, status, issues and actions
• Compile and track customer implementation metrics

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a licensed clinical role
• 3-5 years in an acute-care environment, preferably in a perioperative clinical role
• Required experience with EHR build, design, and implementation
• Understanding the complexities of healthcare IT, and the design of platforms that interface data from divergent sources/systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary - 90-100K + STIP
