Status	Full-Time, On-site-Hybrid; 25% travel required
Responsibilities	Apply clinical knowledge to assist in the requirements solicitation, design, development, configuration, and implementation of Talis products Pro-actively work with client stakeholders to elicit program requirements, advocating optimal use of technology to develop a solution that improves current practices and outcomes Perform clinical walkthroughs, completing thorough assessments of IT infrastructure, existing technology, and clinical workflows to produce comprehensive analysis which will serve as the foundation for sales quotes and resource planning Clarify customer requirements and communicate to internal stakeholders in an actionable manner Forecast implementation target dates Support field training Refine training plan/ process and generate additional training tools as needed Facilitate and conduct client training on site Maintain close communication with internal stakeholders and customers during the implementation process, keep everyone updated on project plan, status, issues and actions Compile and track customer implementation metrics
Preferred Experience	3-5 years in an acute-care environment, preferably in a perioperative clinical role Required experience with EHR build, design, and implementation Understanding the complexities of healthcare IT, and the design of platforms that interface data from divergent sources/systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Education	Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a licensed clinical role
