Employment Status

Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a team to develop solutions to meet client needs
  • Develop, unit-test, correct errors, make necessary modifications using the following skills:
    • Microsoft.NET C#
    • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Meet quality and timeline metrics in work performance
  • Communicate in written and verbal form to management to ensure alignment of milestone targets
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience
  • 1 to 3 years of working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
  • 1 to 3 years of experience developing with Microsoft.NET C#
  • Experience with SQL Data Manipulation Language (DML) statements
  • Good understanding of SQL Table structures, data-types and foreign key relationships
  • Ability to read Stored Procedures and understand the components
  • Healthcare experience is desired but not required
  • Experience with MS Team Foundation Server (TFS) is a plus
  • Experience working with Cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure is also a plus

Required Skills
  • Programming — Writing computer programs for various purposes. 
  • Reading Comprehension — Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents. 
  • Complex Problem Solving — Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. 
  • Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. 
  • Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
