Responsibilities
- Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision and roadmap and coordinating with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and clinical teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
- Solicit & receive feedback from customers regarding product performance and enhancement requests.
- Represent the needs of the customer by translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Compare the company's products to competitor's products in order to assess competition in the market.
- Manage and make visible the product backlog, providing development prioritized list of requirements for future development.
- Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas.
- Determine which ideas should be promoted into features to push the product strategy forward.
- Ensure that feedback and requests are seamlessly integrated into the product planning and development processes.
- Communicate the status of ideas back to the customers, partners, and internal team members who submitted them.
- Perform product demos to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Work with marketing to develop sales tools and collateral.
Preferred Experience
- 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager
- Self-motivated problem solver ready to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- Demonstrated success defining and launching clinical products.
- 2+ years of experience in Health IT market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Must be able to travel 25%
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
