Main responsibilities:

1.    Organize and run the Committee; Coordinates engineering change.

2.    Maintain & improve the existing product, and ensure to meet the customer increasing requirement on performance and quality.

3.    Responsible for customized product design, and provide new technologies, process in product designs to meet the customer increased requirements on performance, quality, cost

 and timing.

4.    To collaborate with other functional departments to enhance the progression of running engineering projects.

5.    Responsible for relevant document management.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

1.    Be proficient in CATIA or other 3D software.

2.    Be good at MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

3.    Good communication and coordination skills.

3.    Self-motivated, Proactive, team working and positive thinking.

4.    Can work under high pressure.
