主要工作职责Main responsibilities: 
1. 负责来料检查，和在线物料的质量确认活动，以确保物料公司产品规格要求。Conduct incoming inspection, in-process material confirmation activities, to ensure component meet with defined product specification.
负责PV产线的产品检验，以确保公司产品规格要求。Responsible for PV production line product inspection to ensure the company's product specifications.
2. 当仓库或生产或质量工程师有需求时，负责转库位物料和库存物料检查确认。 Conduct inspection and identification activities for material confirmation of stock status and location transfer, if any inspection requirement from QE warehouse or production.
3. 负责对在检验期间向工程师或主管汇报不合格信息，提供不合格产品的处理建议；并协助质量工程师处理不合格现象。Detect and report the nonconformance to P&PC engineer or supervisor, provide the appropriate handling proposal if any, and assist quality engineer in nonconformity handling.
4. 持有国内无损检测人员PT II级考试，能独立开展无损检测工作。NDT personnel PT II certificate, Ability to carry out NDT work independently.
5. 了解设备校验管理要求，和检验设备的日常保养维护。 To know equipment calibration management requirement, maintain test equipment and inspection tools.
6. 执行质量控制工程师或主管分配的其它工作。Conduct other tasks assigned by QC engineer or supervisor.

知识/技能/工作经验Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
1. 机械制造或焊接专业，大专以上学历，3年以上QC相关工作经历.Machine manufacture or welding professional, above college degree, minimum one year QC work experience. 
2. 熟悉压力容器相关法规和标准.Knowledge of applicable pressure vessel regulation and standards.
3. 能读懂机械加工图纸, 并会使用常规检测工具.Can read machining drawing and using conventional examination tools.
4. 持有国内无损检测人员PT II级考试，能独立开展无损检测工作。NDT personnel PT II certificate, Ability to carry out NDT work independently.
5. 能进行简单地英语会话，具有基础的英语阅读书写能力优先考虑.Simple English conversation, basic English reading and written Skill are preferable.
6. 了解ISO9001或ISO13485、QSR、GMP等质量管理体系程序.Know basic knowledge of ISO9001 or ISO13485, QSR, GMP requirement.
7. 掌握一定的在线质量控制统计技术如AQL， SPC.Have certain statistic tool knowledge in process control, like AQL, SPC.
8. 熟悉尺寸检验工具如卡尺, 千分尺等.Familiar with dimension measurement tools like caliper, micrometers.
9. 基本的计算机能力.Basic Microsoft skill.
