Job Overview:
We are looking for an experinced Customer Service Lead  to join us to handle Sales operation and Office tasks.

Job Responsiblities and Essential Duties:
1. Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, or other 
communication channels
2. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, collaborate with 
internal teams to address customer needs, and resolve any issues or complaints 
effectively
3. Maintain accurate records of customers interactions and transactions
4. Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service policies 
and procedures
5. Identify and escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate 
team member or department
6. Provide training and mentoring to new team members, as needed
7. Continuously seek to improve the overall customer experience and provide 
feedback to the relevant stakeholders
8. Daily routine includes, but not limited to:
-Providing pre and post-sales support to sales & service team – such as prepare 
tender documents, quotations, order processing, order tracking, etc.
-Use Oxando and SAP System for field service engineer dispatching and service 
contract management 
-Analyze system data and provide monthly service reports, 
-Install base update & maintenance
-Awareness and alignment to Getinge QMS policies and procedures
-Accept any tasks or job re-arrangement assigned by company based on 
business needs.
9. Complete the tasks assigned by the company

Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent and / or with minimum of 5 years of related experience
2. Experienced in Medical industry is a plus

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Familar with SAP system
2. Strong skills with Micro Software
3. Excellen written and verbal communication skills
4. Detail oriented, good time managment and problem-solving skills
5. Able to manage and priortize multiple tasks, projects, and dealines in fast-paced environment
6. Strong team player, game changer and forward thinker
