Job Purpose:

Build and strengthen Getinge Brand for Internal and External stakeholders.

Provide Sales Activation support

  • Lead and drive marketing value communications program based on brand identity guidelines, tools and platforms.
  • Proactively support the Japan commercial team with Marketing Communications activities to drive sales activities, to generate MQL

Build a 360 marketing communications approach in Digital. Develop local digital communication plan in line with commercial team’s priority and focus area.

 

 

Main responsibilities:

Brand Management

  • Understand and master corporate brand guidelines. Ensure Getinge brand identity properly applied to all the marketing & communications touchpoints.
  • Implement validation / approval process around marketing communications.

Digital marketing planning & execution

  • Plan strategy, create activity calendar, and execute Inbound / Outbound marketing in alignment with commercial team’s priority and focus.  (ad placements, email campaign, sales support activities included) .
  • Responsible for PDCA on digital marketing / communication activities, in order to continuously increase MQL.
  • Localization and customization of the content including maintenance for Japanese websites.
  • Develop strategy for Social media activation. Develop content calendar, organize meetings with commercial teams.
  • Monitor, analyze and control effectiveness of communication messages and programs. Continuously work on improvement.

Content creation and management

  • Coordinate with product managers on the creation of content and tools.
  • Copy write contents, articles
  • Lead global content asset deployment into Japanese market to meet local needs.
  • Lead planning, interviews, copy write internal / customer news.
  • Responsible for all the online content management. Work with several platforms in Getinge.

Marcom Operations

Vendor Management

  • Evaluate, select and manage appropriate vendors.

Data management

  • Data management of existing marketing communications elements. It includes use of Digital Asset Management system (global platform) and local archive folders.

 

 

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

  • Copy-writing capability in Japanese around B2B professional products
  • Experience from healthcare industry or strong interest in Medical device business, eagerness to learn and catch up
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing activities. Experience of working closely to the market and proactively supporting sales teams
  • Proven work experience as a Digital marketing communications manager or product manager role
  • Hands-on experience in working with various Content Management Systems for website / intranet, SEO tools, Google Analytics, CRM eMailing tools, and database management
  • Up-to-dated knowledge and analytical mindset in dealing with digital platforms
  • Ability to drive projects with high sense of urgency and effectiveness. Experience in Project Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • A stylistic ability with a good sense for look and feel and tonality
  • Knowledge and Experience of integrative marketing, advertising and communication campaigns (incl. digital / social) is a plus
  • Native Japanes is must. (Position location is Japan. No remote from outside of Japan.) Excellent in English, both written and spoken
