Job Overview The Sr. Director, Global QRC Training will be pivotal in driving educational excellence and shaping the future of healthcare technology training. Your experience in medical device training, coupled with your outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills, will foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. The Academy is a central organization of 50 employees with an additional 360 trainers located in the 40 countries where the company operated. The Academy is a focused on ensuring compliance with the medical device regulations (mainly QMS and product training). I addition the academy manages all other types of training, i.e. leadership development. The academy is a full-service provider or the full Getinge Organization organized in the Quality and Regulatory Compliance organization. The role reports into the VP for QRC and Operational excellence.
