Temporary, Global Customer Training Support Specialist

This position will assist in collaborating with the Marketing Department, Training Department and various Global Therapy Development team members to establish and maintain consistent customer training content delivery standards and processes. They will assist in supporting or customer training platforms, including our customer training website and Webex. 

Job Functions:

• Gathering reports from Webex and the customer training website.

• Assist in the performance and quality monitoring of customer training website.

• Direct customer support activities with various external healthcare professionals as well as internal field sales team members.

• Administrative support duties as needed.

In cooperation with Marketing Communications, assist in the creation of flyers, mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media promotions for our customer training offerings.

• Assist with the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and eLearning customer training materials.

• Assist with creation of customer instructional guides for the customer training web site.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


Should have strong creative, quantitative, and organizational skills.


Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Articulate, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and Webex or other  video conferencing solutions.

Minimum Requirements: 

Undergraduate student with a 3.0 GPA preferred
