Based in Adelaide, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our high-performing Service team and support critical healthcare environments across South Australia. This role will see you delivering high-quality service and maintenance on advanced operating theatre equipment, ensuring reliability and performance where it matters most.

 

 

About the role: 

 

In this role you will….

  • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on operating theatre equipment including lights, pendants and surgical tables
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and electronic systems in hospital environments
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high standard of service and communication
  • Manage service requests and complete accurate documentation within internal systems
  • Travel across your territory (Adelaide and occasional interstate) to support customer needs
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with safety, quality and regulatory standards

 

 

About you:

 

  • Background in electronics, electrical engineering or similar technical field
  • Experience in field service, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, or laboratory environments
  • Hands-on problem solver with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and perform under pressure
  • Holds (or able to obtain) relevant electrical licences (e.g. disconnect/reconnect, 240V)
