Based in either Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne we are looking for a Senior Product & Marketing Manager – Acute Care Therapies (ACT), ANZ to join our Product Marketing team and lead the strategic direction, commercial performance and lifecycle management of our ACT portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. This role will combine product marketing, pricing strategy, new product introduction and supply ownership to drive sustainable business growth and deliver value for our customers.
About the role:
In this role you will….
- Lead the product marketing strategy for the ACT portfolio, including positioning, messaging, portfolio planning and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, partnering with regional and global teams to introduce new technologies into the ANZ market, including TGA readiness.
- Own pricing strategy across the ACT portfolio, including list price recommendations, value-based pricing models and commercial tools that support profitable growth.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Experience (CX), Commercial Operations and global stakeholders to deliver successful product launches and commercial outcomes.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers, oversee inventory planning and collaborate with Operations and Logistics to resolve supply issues across capital equipment and consumables.
- Develop marketing plans, manage the portfolio marketing budget and evaluate campaign performance to optimise return on investment.
- Provide product and commercial expertise to support tenders and strategic customer opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals and executive stakeholders to strengthen market presence and identify future opportunities.
About you:
- You have 5–10 years' experience in product marketing or commercial marketing within the medical devices or MedTech industry.
- You bring strong clinical knowledge of Acute Care Therapies, with the ability to confidently engage healthcare professionals and translate clinical needs into commercial strategies.
- You have demonstrated experience developing pricing strategies, value-based pricing models and driving commercial performance.
- You are a strong relationship builder who can influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Operations and global teams.
- You have experience managing product launches and ideally bring exposure to tenders, supply chain or inventory management.
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Finance, Science or a related discipline.
