该职位负责管理和开发SWP（Surgical Workplace，外科系统） 产品线业务，产品线涵盖手术灯、手术床、医用吊塔等医疗设备。作为公司与区域客户、经销商的核心对接角色，需落地中国区业务战略，将目标拆解为可执行的区域方案，完成订单收入、销售额、利润、支出控制、营运资本及市场份额增长等核心指标；同时搭建客户与渠道生态，推动 SWP 产品从 “市场认知” 到 “订单转化” 的全流程落地，助力公司在外科设备市场的竞争力提升。

工作职责和基本职责

-    Pre-sales technical support to end user and distributors
-    Regular customer visit and maintain good relationship with key accounts and KOLs
-    Facilitate the sales activities and monitor the sales performance of dealers, including daily dealer management
-    Help to prepare sales forecasts and analysis and develop plans to maximize sales opportunities
-    Monitor competitive activities and customer response and provide feedback to line manager
-    Bidding support included preparing tender documents, coordinating with other departments within company and dealers
-    Project administration to achieve orders and sales targets in responsible region
Minimum Requirements

任职条件

-    Bachelor degree.
-    Minimum 8 years' experience in sales of medical equipment, especially in channel sales including distributor development and management.
-    Proven track record in medical equipment sales and marketing and a solid background in this field of technology
-    Independent, assertive, self-starter with the ability to work with a diverse and global team.
-    Strong communication skills and organizational talent.
-    High commitment to customer satisfaction.
