(One-year Apprenticeship)

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• Assist staff engineers in trouble shooting, building, developing new features, testing of software components.
• Develop proof of concept solution under supervision
• Support data collection, analysis, and documentation for engineering tests, validation, and process improvements
• Maintain engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation under supervision
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, quality, and R&D as part of learning exposure
• Attend training sessions and actively develop technical competencies in embedded software and cloud technologies
• Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and test instruments to maintain workplace safety and efficiency
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality standards during all assigned tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned to support learning and business needs

Minimum Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BTech/BE) in - Computer science & engineering /IT /AI-ML disciplines completed in 2025
• Grades (CGPA/ Percentage /Percentile) – 60%  or 6.5  
• No history of previous employment. Previous internships are acceptable.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Technical Knowledge:

• Good grasp of fundamental programming languages C++, React JS, scripting languages.
• Basic understanding of software systems (computer networks, cloud, cybersecurity, AI)
• Familiarity with usage of source code editors, build tools.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic troubleshooting capability for software and electrical systems
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and follow procedures
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, AI tools)
• Desired but not mandatory - Exposure to scripting programming languages like python, java script, Internet of Things (IoT).
• Desired but not mandatory - Embedded Programming experience like flash the image, build tools.
