Role Overview:

  • To aid Team in Sales of ACT_CC _ Ventilation & Anesthesia products through Sales and Marketing strategies. Also, to deliver trainings to Internal and External personnel on the above specified Product range.
  • To improve monitoring of project funnel and forecast accuracy (+/- 5% as a target). Submission of Monthly report. S&OP Planning and Forecasting. Inventory Planning for Anesthesia& Ventilation products.
Functions:

Specific functions in the company that are exclusively linked to the position, and are based on local law requirements. Not applicable for the majority of the positions within the company.

Main responsibilities:

  • Create Marketing & Sales strategy for respective Product mix
  • Ensure adequate focus on product mix by the sales team and give feedback to Head of Marketing Head time to time.   
  • Support the sales team to achieve Sales budget .
  • Support Technical Discussions / Negotiations
  • Product training to Sales and Marketing team internally and end users (externally)
  • Ensure smooth execution and implementation of project followed by end user training
  • Analyze project funnel and submit accurate forecast
  • Create Marketing tools, presentations, offer formats etc
  • Stock monitoring and co-ordinate with logistics to ensure availability of stocks and responsible to track / movement of demo inventory

Market Development

  • Plan, Co-ordinate and execute Marketing programs to create Pull in the market for entire range of Ventilation portfolio.
  • Responsible for Launch of New Product / Product Line/ New Therapy .
  • Will take full responsibility for any Symposium/ program / CME / Conference right from initiation to execution in consultation with the sales / Head - Marketing.
  • Identify and work closely with KOL’s for business development.
  • Provide information to  intensivist /Respiratory Therapist / Technicians / Nursing Team / Bio Medical Professionals by discussing/detailing the feature benefits of the specified product range.
  • Creating Marketing tools/Collaterals as and when required

Training Support

  •  Responsible for qualifying Training for Sales team in ventilation Product Line
  • Initiate/Conduct/Facilitate internal product and Technical Training for Sales and other team members/Distributors to meet Internal & external guidelines
  • Conducting operational training to end user, follow-up trainings and troubleshooting
  • Co-ordinate with other Product Managers of ACT for operational training to end user during the project completion

Sales Support

  • Support the sales team  to achieve Sales budget
  • Attend or at times drive technical & product discussions
  • Hand hold and develop new sales rep’s on priority to ensure that they are confident in promoting the product to the customers
  • To closely work with Sales team to introduce and promote to Consultants / Technicians / Purchase authorities during all pre and post sales activities
  • Provide cost support and attend Commercial Negotiations along with the Sales team as and when required

Other

  • Track Regional sales of the division
  • Maintain & Analyze sales data and take corrective actions to address areas of concern in consultation with the Head of Marketing
  • Handling complaint related to products from customers on Equipment’s and co-ordinate with appropriate person for feedback and resolution
  • Other duties as assigned by seniors/management to support team
  • Manage Customer Visits
