We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to join our Infection Control team at Getinge, covering NSW North, including Sydney, Newcastle, the Central Coast and regional NSW.
This territory has huge potential, and we’re seeking someone ready to own their business, build strong customer relationships, and deliver sustainable growth.
Your focus will be:
- Endoscopy Reprocessing – lead our growth in this high-potential segment.
- CSSD Consumables – drive fast-paced sales cycles and expand recurring business.
- CSSD Capital Equipment – leverage our strong brand to deliver long-term solutions.
In your first 3 months, you’ll focus on building knowledge and developing relationships. By 6 months, you’ll be out in the field conducting deep needs assessments and positioning Getinge as the partner of choice.
You’ll be supported by a strong team of specialists across Capital, Consumables, and Endoscopy, but this is an autonomous, account manager role where you’ll run your territory like your own business. Expect regular travel across regional NSW and occasional interstate trips.
About the role:
- Implement and execute the Infection Control strategic sales plan across NSW North.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities across capital equipment and consumables.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers in hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Achieve revenue growth targets across consumables for stability and recurring sales, while also driving capital growth in long-cycle, high-value projects.
- Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and contribute insights to business strategy.
- Represent Getinge at regional and national industry events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Treat your territory as your own business, balancing travel, account coverage, and reporting requirements.

You’ll bring:

- Sales drive & resilience – proactive, motivated, and ready to own your numbers.
- Relationship skills – ability to engage a variety of stakeholders from CSSD Managers to Procurement and GMs.
- Adaptability – able to switch between long capital sales cycles and fast consumable sales.
- Experience in medical sales or working with CSSD/Endoscopy is highly valued but not essential — we’ll support you to learn the products and industry.
