The area sales manager role is to achieve the sales target and to manage the sales channel for Infection Control business (mainly including sterilizers and cleaning machines)  in territory of his/her own (云贵川渝藏)

 

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties工作职责和基本职责
•    Develop distributors and set up channels system to push sales and promote revenues. (20%)
•    Prepare for month/quarter/annual sales forecasts and following the sales targets. (20%)
•    Forecast the market trends and analysis to push the product development, ensure the products to maintain the leadership. (14%)
•    Drive market activities to enhance the consciousness, acceptability and sales of the products, Including new product launching, exhibitions and seminars, etc. (12%)
•    Establish effectively relationship and collaboration with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Service, etc) to address the key business issues and opportunitles. (12%)
•    Interface Sales channel and none stop visit existing and potential end user to help resolve problem to ensure overall customer satisfaction. (12%)
•    Contribute on feedback and suggestions to improve sales efficiency, ROl and marketing program. (10%)

 

Minimum Requirements任职条件
•    Deep understand market in each territory of competitor and implement effective strategies for business growth.
•    Create and implement effective sales strategies. 
•    Minimum 5 years' experience in sales of medical equipment.
•    Proven track record in medical equipment sales and marketing and a solid background in this field of technology.
•    Independent, assertive, self-starter with the ability to work with a diverse and global team.
•    Good English, a good knowledge of modern computing
•    Strong communication skills and organizational talent.
•    High commitment to customer satisfaction.
