Our Digital Health Solutions division develops innovative software that enhances staff satisfaction and patient safety in hospitals worldwide. Within our After Sales organization, we play a critical role in ensuring system uptime and delivering excellent customer experiences, supporting our mission of saving lives.
As Manager, Technical Standards & Knowledge, you will lead the development of global technical standards and knowledge frameworks that ensure consistent, high-quality execution across products and markets. This is a key role in strengthening how we implement, support, and continuously improve our solutions worldwide.
What you will do
You will build and lead a team of technical experts and work at the intersection of After Sales, R&D, Product Management, and digital development. You will be driving structure, scalability, and innovation in how technical knowledge is defined, governed, and accessed.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Standards & Governance
You will have a focus on setting unified global standards, driving consistency, and ensuring high-quality technical governance.
You will:

Define and own global, product-specific implementation methodologies (with focus on cloud solutions)

Establish issue resolution standards, root cause frameworks, and continuous improvement processes

Govern technical processes, work instructions, and documentation standards

Harmonize technical standards across products and define supplier-facing requirements

Develop certification standards to ensure capability and quality across After Sales
Technical Knowledge & Capability
In this role, you’ll be building a strong, accessible global knowledge foundation that supports learning, documentation, and capability growth.
You will:

Own and develop the global After Sales knowledge framework

Ensure structured documentation, knowledge-sharing forums, and supporting tools

Improve accessibility of knowledge through digital and AI-enabled solutions

Define learning paths and knowledge requirements aligned with certification standards
Leadership & Collaboration
As the manager, you’ll be leading experts and driving strong cross-functional alignment across the organization.
You will:

Build, lead, and develop a team of technical experts

Collaborate closely with local support teams, R&D, Product Management, Quality, and tool development

Contribute as a key member of the Global After Sales Management Team
What You Bring
In this role, you bring a blend of clinical understanding, technical competence, and leadership experience. You are comfortable working in complex environments, guiding teams, and driving structured improvements across global organizations. Your background enables you to manage stakeholders effectively while maintaining high standards in technical governance and After Sales excellence.

You have experience with technical standards, documentation governance, or learning frameworks

You have experience with software implementation and technical support

Solid understanding of hospital workflows and clinical environments is preferred

You bring a minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience

You demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills

You have a proven ability to drive structured change in global organizations

Experience with AI-enabled tools or digital transformation initiatives is meritorious
