In our After Sales team, we are committed to ensuring system uptime and delivering excellent customer experiences, supporting our mission of saving lives. As Senior Analytics & Systems Expert After Sales, you will play a key role in making global performance transparent, measurable, and driven by reliable data. 

 

What you will do 

 

You will establish and govern KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and system standards, enabling data-driven decision-making and scalable execution across markets and product areas. As part of the Global After Sales Management Team, you will act as a strategic partner, using insights and structured frameworks to support continuous improvement and operational excellence. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

In this role, you will play a central part in strengthening global performance governance, ensuring data quality, and driving consistent ways of working across markets. You will shape and maintain the frameworks, systems, and tools needed to secure transparency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within the After Sales organization. By providing structured insights, guiding governance principles, and enabling global alignment, you will help elevate decision making and support sustainable growth. 

 

Performance Management & Reporting 

 

  • Define and govern global KPI frameworks 

  • Develop and maintain reporting structures, dashboards, and performance tracking (e.g., Power BI) 

  • Establish performance review processes and enable structured follow-up across markets 

  • Ensure transparency in operational and financial performance 

 

Systems Governance & Data Quality 

 

  • Govern tracking and ensure high data accuracy and completeness 

  • Define and enforce data quality standards and master data governance 

  • Oversee ServiceNow configuration principles and system governance 

  • Drive the roadmap for After Sales systems 

 

After Sales Toolbox & Continuous Improvement 

 

  • Develop and maintain the global After Sales Toolbox (KPIs, templates, system standards, frameworks) 

  • Ensure clear governance and continuous improvement of tools and ways of working 

 

What you will bring 

 

You bring a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights. You are comfortable navigating global environments, driving governance models, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Your experience enables you to build scalable frameworks that support performance management and elevate operational efficiency. 

 

  • Experience in analytics, performance management, or systems governance in a global organization 

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights 

  • Experience developing KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting (e.g., Power BI) 

  • Knowledge of service management systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and data governance practices 

  • Proven ability to implement frameworks and governance models across multiple markets 

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across functions and seniority levels 

  • Experience in After Sales or service-driven environment is meritorious
