Technical Services Coordinator - Drive Service Excellence Through Coordination
Join our Digital Health Solutions team, where your coordination skills will play a central role in delivering high-quality software solutions to hospitals. As Technical Services Coordinator, you will ensure smooth implementations, efficient resource planning, and outstanding customer experiences. This is a hands-on role in a small, agile team, where clear communication and structured execution are key to success.
Role Overview
As a Technical Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive the solutions and services they have purchased, with expectations clearly aligned throughout the process. You will coordinate work orders, manage resources across technical service teams across the Nordic countries. Acting as the main link between sales, customers, and the technical services team, you will drive efficient execution and positive customer and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation of customer implementation orders, ensuring accurate documentation, scheduling, and training across technical service teams.
- Provide clear updates on project timelines, progress, and deliverables to customers and stakeholders.
- Act as the link between sales, technical services, and customers, securing clear communication and alignment of expectations.
- Plan and align resources to secure the right expertise, while managing team capacity (including vacation coverage) and balancing assignments for efficiency.
- Forecast workload and resource needs, assessing skill gaps, and prepare reports to support planning and decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of processes and tools that enhance planning, reporting, and service efficiency.

You are a structured and detail-oriented professional with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership. Service-minded and equipped with excellent communication skills, you thrive in coordinating multiple stakeholders, balancing priorities, and ensuring smooth execution in a dynamic environment.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in coordination, resource planning, or customer support, preferably in an international and technical setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in planning tools; ServiceNow experience is a plus.
- Standards: Familiarity with ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 preferred.
- Language: Fluent in English; Danish/Swedish/Norwegian is an advantage.
- Personal Traits: Organized, team-oriented, proactive, with strong communication skills.
