As a Technical Services Specialist within Getinge Digital Health Solutions (DHS), you will play a key role in implementing and supporting our digital healthcare solutions across Sweden. Your primary focus will be T-DOC, one of the world's leading traceability systems for sterile supply management, helping hospitals improve efficiency, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.
You will become part of a collaborative Nordic team of technical specialists, working closely with hospitals, project managers, product specialists, and sales colleagues. Together, you will ensure successful customer implementations and provide long-term technical support that enables our customers to get the most value from their investment.
What you will do
In this customer-facing role, you will combine technical expertise with consultancy and problem-solving to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing, configuring, and implementing Getinge Digital Health Solutions at customer sites
- Providing technical support remotely and on-site
- Troubleshooting software, hardware, and system integration issues
- Delivering user training and technical workshops for healthcare professionals
- Working closely with project managers and sales teams to ensure successful project deliveries
- Supporting customers in optimizing their use of our solutions throughout the system lifecycle
The position is based in the Copenhagen office in Denmark and includes travel within Sweden (approximately 15–25%), depending on customer and project needs.

Required qualifications
- Experience in technical support, application support, system implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Strong IT knowledge including Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and networking
- Experience working directly with customers in a technical environment
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to your work
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
Preferred qualifications
- Experience within healthcare, MedTech, or healthcare IT
- Experience delivering customer training or onboarding
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Experience with system integrations and interfaces
