To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty below.

 

  • Develops and manages implementation of business strategy that will help in achieve short term and long-term business objectives.
  • Participate as a member of the senior management team, providing support in the design and development of programs and processes to the benefit of the company.
  • Manages, motivates and directs job responsibilities of immediate reports and allocate work accordingly.
  • Build good contacts with key accounts.
  • Directs staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports in a timely fashion.
  • Manages day-to-day operational issues and problems.
  • Implements sales’ plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Ensures sales targets are met through proper planning, forecasting and monitoring.
  • Recommends sales policies and procedures to further improve & motivate sales personnel and to further enhance company objectives of maximizing sales and minimizing costs.
  • Ensures business operations are fully compliant with the GG Code of Conduct          

 

Qualification (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

  • Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Medical
  • Minimum 10 years related experience in sales’ company management position
  • Previous background and experience in medical devices sector
  • Experience in managing large sales’ projects
  • Strong knowledge and experience in public tenders’ procedures
  • Fluent English and French language proficiency is a must
  • Leadership skills – strong communication and leading by example
  • Interest in developing employees
  • Committed to reaching set goals
  • High level of integrity
  • Creative with strong implementation skills
  • Open and curious to learn
