Position Objective:

We are looking for a motivated, faster learner and detail-oriented Temporary candidate to support our Customer Service and Logistics team for a period of 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to gain experience in customer service and logistics. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update shipment and order records
  • Assist in preparing standard documents (like proforma invoice)
  • Ensure accuracy of data entry and documentation
  • Prepare tracking sheet (excel) to monitor the confirmed sales orders shipments.
  • Provide absence cover to other members of the team.

Qualification (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

  • Must hold a valid UAE residency visa under spouse or father sponsorship
  • Must be available to work full-time for 6 months
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team

Optional (but not mandatory)

  • Basic knowledge of logistics, administration, or customer service
  • Experience using ERP systems (such as SAP) is an advantage
