About this opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Representative to join our Surgical Workflows team in Southern Finland (Uusimaa).
In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales within your product area, building strong customer relationships, and supporting sustainable business growth in line with agreed objectives. The position is home-based, with frequent travel to meet customers around for the role designated area.
What you will do
In this role, you will represent our Infection Control solutions towards our customers and making sure they are well-informed and supported.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Proactively driving sales activities and developing opportunities in your territory
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
- Identifying and engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in your area
- Preparing and submitting accurate tenders and offers on time
- Collaborating with service, customer support, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and business ethics
You will bring
To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications:
- Sales experience, ideally within healthcare, MedTech, or CSSD equipment – alternatively, a strong clinical background with an interest in transitioning into sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, result-driven, and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues
- Fluency in Finnish and good conversational English skills
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across southern Finland
