Job Overview
The position of Field Service Engineer provides normally field technical service on IC products in the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
Technical Support 技术支持 (80%)
•Conduct installation preparation, installation, equipment debugging (mainly including sterilizers and cleaning machines) and acceptance at the customer's site, understand the structure, function, and working principle of each product
在客户现场进行安装准备、安装和设备调试（主要包括灭菌器、清洗机）及验收，了解每个产品的结构，功能和工作原理
•Be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and updating customer equipment

•Improve customer satisfaction through professional services and participation in service process improvement and service brand building to

•Provide customers with product related operation and technical guidance
为客户提供产品相关的操作及技术指导
•Protect company assets and maintain test equipment, spare parts inventory, and other company equipment and supplies in good condition and working order

•Complete on-site equipment updates as required by the company

Performance Improvement and Documentation 绩效提升与文档工作 (20%)
•Be responsible for tracking customer accessory sales and receiving payments
负责跟踪客户的配件销售、收款
•Be responsible for filling out relevant work reports and documents
负责相关工作报告和文档的填写
•Assist relevant colleagues in developing the after-sales market
协助公司相关同事做好售后市场开拓工作
•Document all activities in accordance with service policies and procedures, including customer products complaint, adverse event feedback and tracking
根据售后服务政策和程序记录所有活动，包括客户投诉、不良事件的反馈处理和跟踪等

Minimum Requirements
•College degree or above in mechanical, electrical automation, or electromechanical integration related majors
机械、电气自动化或机电一体化相关专业大专以上学历
•A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a field service role in medical devices/ pharmaceutical industry, technical repair or related technical field. Sterilizer and washer products background is preferable
至少2年医疗设备/制药行业技术维修或相关技术领域的现场服务经验。有灭菌器和清洗器等相关产品经验的优先
