The position of Field Service Engineer provides professional field technical service on Getinge ACT & SWP products in the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties工作职责和基本职责
A: Routine servicing of equipment (70%)
- Provide on-site service of installation, inspection, commissioning, validation, repair and preventative maintenance as well as user training, regarding GETINGE products (Ventilator, Anesthesia, ECOM, Tables, Ceiling Supply Units. etc) to end customer within their territory.

- Identify potential service contract opportunity and facilitate the signing/renewal of service contracts.

- Provide service to customer for spare parts ordering and account receivables.

B: Maintain quality documentation records and customer satisfaction enhancement (25%)
- Document all activities in accordance with service policies and procedures, including customer products complaint, adverse event feedback and tracking.

- Participate in service process improvement and service brand building to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

- Protect company assets and maintain test equipment, spare parts inventory, and other company equipment and supplies in good condition and working order.

- Maintain positive, professional communication with customers, sales, regional team members, technical Support and project management team.

- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Requirements任职条件
- Associate degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology, Instrument and Meter, Detection Technology and application or equivalent.
机械、电子、工业自动化、机电一体化、生物医学工程、计算机科学、仪器仪表、检测技术与
应用等相关专业大专及以上学历。
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a field service role in medical devices/ pharmaceutical industry, technical repair or related technical field. Ventilator, anesthesia and SWP products background is preferable.
至少2年医疗设备/制药行业技术维修或相关技术领域的现场服务经验。有呼吸机、ECMO和IABP等相关产品经验的优先。
- Certain ability in reading and expression in English. Be capable of reviewing and understanding electrical drawings and technical documentation written in English.

- Customer oriented, critical thinking and problem solving ability, a high level of self-study and strong team spirit

- Basic to intermediate Microsoft office skills in Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.

- Proficient in using schematics, systems diagrams and repair/replacement procedures.

- Knowledge of applying special software tools, such as AutoCAD and OR3D preferred.
