About this opportunity  

You will be part of our Group Treasury team, working at the heart of Getinge’s global financial operations. The team manages global financial risk for the group and works closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider business.. We are a closely collaborating team that values precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to support daily treasury activities—ensuring accurate execution, strong controls, and efficient cash management across the Getinge group. Getinge Treasury has undergone a modernization process, and the role offers the opportunity to continue contributing to its ongoing development 

What you will do

• Perform daily reconciliation and control of treasury transactions, including FX, loans, and payments
• Support cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and reporting
• Administer banking platforms and treasury systems
• Support month-end closing, accounting, and audits
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls, and contribute to process improvements and treasury projects

This position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden, and offers a hybrid work setup.     

You will bring

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications.

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master of Science preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting
• Experience with treasury management systems and banking platforms is an advantage; knowledge of financial compliance is a plus
• Background in accounting or sustainability/ESG reporting is meritorious
• Fluent in English; Swedish or another Scandinavian language is a plus, as the team is mainly Swedish-speaking
