About this Opportunity
As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and building. You bring structure to daily operations, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and take ownership of planning, coordinating, and organizing office activities.
You will help create a welcoming, well-organized, and efficient work environment while working independently and proactively. This role involves close collaboration with colleagues across the DACH-BNL region and requires a daily on-site presence at our Groot-Bijgaarden office during regular office hours.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will support the organization through a combination of administrative, facility, and coordination-focused responsibilities.
Some of your daily tasks:
• Welcome visitors and employees and manage reception, phone calls, mail, and general office communication
• Plan, coordinate, and organize facilities management, including cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and safety of the building
• Manage office supplies, consumables, inventories, and maintenance logs in a structured and accurate manner
• Support and coordinate internal events such as meetings, workshops, and team days, handling multiple tasks in parallel
• Assist with work-related travel bookings, onboarding and offboarding activities, and company clothing orders, working independently and proactively

We believe that you have the following qualifications:
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• A structured, detail-oriented working style and the ability to work independently and take initiative
• A hands-on, problem-solving mentality with a proactive and self-propelled attitude
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach
• Fluency in Dutch and a good working knowledge of English and French, with experience using MS Office (facility management tools are a plus)
