About this Opportunity

In this temporary SAP Support role, you will contribute to the organization’s data integrity efforts by identifying, cleaning, and correcting historical data issues in SAP during a 3–6 month contract. You act as an SAP Super User, assisting various departments in solving issues and performing tasks that require specific knowledge or authorization. With your expertise, you help the organization work more efficiently and contribute to a stable foundation for future processes. 

What You Will Do

In this role, you’ll play a vital role in improving data quality and supporting daily operations across the organization. You’ll be responsible for cleaning up and correcting historical SAP data, assisting departments with system issues, and helping colleagues use SAP more efficiently. Your analytical skills and hands-on SAP expertise will help create a stable foundation for future processes and smoother collaboration between teams.

In this position, you will:

• Carry out a structured cleanup of open items and historical transactions in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze and correct incomplete or incorrect entries while keeping managers informed of progress and results.
• Act as the main point of contact for employees with SAP-related questions or problems, offering practical guidance and support.
• Work closely with Finance, Sales, Service, and Logistics to resolve open cases and improve process flow.
• Step in temporarily to cover key user responsibilities, supporting colleagues in the correct use of SAP.
• Identify recurring system issues and suggest structural improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Promote collaboration between departments and contribute to the ongoing optimization of SAP processes.

With your SAP expertise and attention to detail, you help ensure data accuracy and support smoother collaboration across departments.

We believe you have the following qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP at Super User level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sharp eye for detail and data accuracy.
• Experience in a B2B environment is an advantage.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• A proactive, pragmatic approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-minded attitude.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple teams.
• Flexibility and composure in a dynamic environment.
