Job Overview工作概述This role supports regional sales team to achieve the DHS business goal in each region.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties工作职责和基本职责

Client and Sales Support 客户和销售支持 （30%）
•    Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support and assistance in preparing proposals, presentations, and project documentation for clients

•    Assist in the development of customized intelligent solutions for OR (Operating Room) based on client needs and requirements

•    Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert consultations to clients on system features, benefits, and implementation

Business Development 商务开发 （30%）
•    Identify new business opportunities within the DHS market and assist in developing strategies to expand market share

•    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, medical professionals, and equipment suppliers

•    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting and positioning automation and intelligent solutions in the healthcare market

Project Management 项目管理 （30%）
•    Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of intelligent solutions for OR, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
领导手术室智能化解决方案的规划、执行和交付，确保所有项目按时、按范围并在预算内完成
•    Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements, ensuring all project milestones and objectives are achieved

•    Monitor and track project progress, manage project risks, and proactively resolve any issues or delays

•    Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project activities, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed

Other Responsibilities and Cross-Department Collaboration 其他和跨部门协作 （10%）
•    Collaborate with service teams to ensure smooth execution of the project, from system design to final implementation

•    Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements and industry standards

•    Continuously improve project management processes and best practices to enhance team performance and project outcomes

•    Other job-related tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements任职条件

•    Bachelor or above in IT related majors
本科及以上学历，计算机技术与科学及相关专业
•    At least 3 years experiences in Healthcare IT solution of hospital customers

•    Capable of translating customer needs into technical solutions within the budget and timeline

•    Good understanding of project sales process
