About this opportunity
The Nordic QRC (Quality Regulatory Compliance) team is working closely together in a supportive and open environment. With a strong team spirit and daily collaboration closely with Sales, Service, and global QRC colleagues to support the Nordic organization, share knowledge, and build a strong and positive quality culture.
As Quality Regulatory Specialist at Getinge, your primary responsibility will be to drive and support various initiatives necessary for maintaining and developing the quality system activities for our continued success. You will provide guidance, direction and support to process owners and stakeholders regarding process optimization, and compliance within the Nordic region. The work is performed in a global cross-functional setting to provide support, expertise, and knowledge to the whole global QRC team.
What you will do
In this role, you will be responsible for field actions, CAPA´s, complaints and ship holds within the Nordic region. You will work within QRC Nordic alongside the Sales and Service Unit operational functions, where you will lead, perform, participate in, and support internal and external audits within the Nordic region.
Further you will:
- Drive compliance and improvements in QRC/ Nordic SSU (Sales & Service Unit).
- Train and support SSU in relevant QMS (Quality Management System) procedures within the Nordic region.
- Provide guidance and training, as necessary, throughout the Nordic organization to ensure compliance with existing and emerging regulations and QMS system.
- Lead/ manage CAPA´s within the Nordic region.
- Perform product inspections according to EU MDR.
- Assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lead/facilitate prioritized process changes.
- Attend, and occasional chair, meetings as deputy to QRC Management.
This position is based at our Getinge site near Halmstad and includes regional and international travel. We offer hybrid Getinge site/ homebased if suitable.
You will bring
To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications.
- Education or equivalent experience within relevant field.
- Analytical competence.
- 3-5 years’ experience in working in a highly regulated environment.
- Good computer literacy, particularly SAP, MS Office, TrackWise or similar.
- Preferably, ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 lead auditor. Alternatively, an In-depth knowledge of these, and other relevant trainings and standards.
- Fluency in English, orally and written are required.
