About the role

 

As a Service Coordinator with a primary focus on service agreements, you will be part of an experienced and collaborative service coordination team at Getinge, supporting service operations across the Nordic region. The role is mainly focused on service contract administration and lifecycle management, ensuring that agreements are correctly set up, maintained, and updated in our systems. 

 

You will work closely with Service Managers responsible for customer contracts, as well as with other Service Coordinators, to ensure accurate and up-to-date contract information for the customers they support. 

 

Key responsibilities include: 

 

  • Registering new service agreements and updating existing contracts in SAP 

  • Managing contract changes, including annual price index updates 

  • Ensuring high data quality and contract accuracy in business systems, primarily SAP 

  • Collaborating with Service Managers regarding new and updated customer agreements 

  • Providing Service Coordinators with clear and current information about customers’ service contracts 

 

The position is based in Sweden and supports the Nordic service organization. A hybrid work setup is offered, with 1–2 days per week working from home. 

 

You will bring 

 

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications: 


• Previous experience from a similar coordinating role within service, backoffice or customer support 
• Proven experience of working in SAP, including complex and detailed administrative tasks (mandatory) 
• Strong system skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools 
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken 
• Experience handling customer contacts and multiple stakeholders in parallel
