About this opportunity
This role is part of our Life Science and Capital Equipment Sales team which is responsible for the sale of our WIS product line, Washers Isolators Sterilizers. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to support the sales organization with high quality technical expertise, presales support, and the creation of accurate, compliant tender and quotation packages that meet customer specifications and business standards.quality technical expertise, presales support, and the creation of accurate, compliant tender and quotation packages that meet customer specifications and business standards.
What you will do
In this role, you will play a key part in the sales cycle by ensuring that all technical, commercial, and specification-related aspects of customer requests are handled professionally and efficiently.

Manage and prequalify incoming customer enquiries for the external sales team.

Provide presales technical assistance for both the Sales team and customers.

Create detailed and accurate tender packages, specifications, and quotation documents in line with customer requirements.

Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders (including factories) to ensure full technical compliance in tender submissions.

Support contract handovers and ensure that all technical and commercial elements of orders match issued quotations.
This position is based in Sweden, preferably in connection to one of our Swedish Getinge sites. Some traveling will occur. The position is eligible for a home based/hybrid setup depending on geographical location for final candidate.
You will bring
To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications.

Minimum a two year certified education (Yrkeshögskola) or equivalent in mechanical and/or electrical engineering.

Proven experience in a Sales environment, including preparing highvalue, technically compliant tender submissions.

CAD and 3D drawings experience desirable but not essential

Strong MS Office skills and ability to generate professional quotation documents.

Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
