Solution Architect (m/f/d)

Getinge delivers top-notch solutions for healthcare providers around the world. In particular, our division ”digital health solutions” (DHS) creates advanced digitization products with a strong positive impact on treatment processes.

Your role

• Architectural Ownership
  • Define and maintain the overall solution architecture for the product.
  • Align solution architecture with the DHS reference architecture and strategic direction.
  • Lead the creation of blueprints and reference architecture documentation.
• Product & Enabler Alignment
  • Define and refine feature-level items together with Product Management.
  • Prioritize enablers and ensure architectural prerequisites for features are addressed.
  • Actively participate in backlog refinement and architectural review sessions.
• Collaboration, Communication & Customer Interaction
  • Collaborate with Tech Leads in Scrum teams to ensure consistent implementation.
  • Act as a sounding board for implementation patterns and design choices.
  • Provide architectural guidance and support during feature implementation.
  • Act as the escalation point for architectural concerns from Scrum teams.
• Governance & Documentation
  • Own and maintain architectural decision records (ADRs).
  • Contribute to the definition of technical standards and practices.
  • Represent the product in the DHS Architecture Board.

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, medical technology, or a comparable qualification:
• Proven experience in software architecture or system design.
• Background as a Senior Developer, Software Architect, or equivalent technical leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of scalable system design, integration strategies, and DevSecOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
• Experience in regulated environments or healthcare (preferred but not required).
