Job Overview

Provide installation, technical support and maintenance services of ACT equipment to ensure our products meet customer requirements. Able to improve customer satisfaction and brand recognition of the company’s products.

 

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

·Responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of ACT devices, timely handling of complaints, and tracking and feedback of product’s problems.
·Improve maintenance experience, summarizing products’ issues, and improve the overall maintenance efficiency.
·Train customers to operate and use equipment correctly, answer customers' questions in a timely manner, and help customers to optimize their workflow.
·Improve customer satisfaction and maintain the company's brand image.
·Ensure that all the service activities are conducted in compliance with the Global Quality, Regulatory and Compliance (QRC) standards.
·As a bridge between the company and customers, we convey information about customers and the company in a timely manner, find the needs of users and give feedback to the company in a timely manner, and cooperate with sales to promote customers to purchase our services and products.
 

Minimum Requirements

·Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate holder or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Biomed Engineering or related disciplines.
·1 -3 years technical experience in ICU, CCU or OT equipment
·Familiar with PC software for example MS office.
·Able to travel overseas for training.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

·Able to deal with customers independently and with good customer service skills.
·Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently and willing to learn.
·Able to communicate in Chinese and English (reading and writing).
