About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Office Administration Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Getinge Group Hong Kong Limited' in the Wong Tai Sin District. As a full-time employee, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations and providing sales support to ensure the smooth running of our organization.
What you'll be doing

Dependable assistance in sales administrative task like tender preparation, purchase order validation, quotation dispatch, project funnel update etc. in high level accuracy and meet tight deadline.

Manage and oversee office infrastructure, environment administrative management and office work to ensure good image and culture of the company, and properly handle the company's emergencies.

Managing general incoming calls & correspondence, guest greeting professionally; also assist the arrangement during special office hour occasions.

Maintain office supplies, well communicating, negotiating, and documenting with outsource vendor to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

Support company activities, and any ad-hoc assignments.

Collaborates well with all internal departments and external parties to fulfill company needs, include coordination with IT parties for supporting office or colleagues

Train, guide and monitor junior members’ performance
What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales or office administration supervisory role

Patient, professional, and passionate in administration work

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with customers and stakeholders at all levels

Collaborative team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
-
Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and other office software
