Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales field, preferably in Healthcare sector
  • Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineering or related departments is preferred
  • Analytical thinking, result and quality oriented approach and good communication skills
  • Good command of commercial, financial terms and market trends
  • Military service should be completed for male candidates
  • Driving license is required
  • No restrictions for travelling

 

Job Description

  • Being responsible for medical equipment sales to drive organic growth in the market
  • Representation of Getinge Group successfully by establishing excellent relationship with the customer
  • Understanding and analyzing customer needs
  • Leading tender preparation and negotiation processes
  • Leading and coordination through the sales cycle
  • Finding appropriate financial and operational solutions for the customers
  • Finding appropriate technical solutions and present to customers
  • Following-up customer projects under a structured visit plan
  • Developing team work within the departments
  • Ensuring highest customer satisfaction with the customer
  • Monitoring customer complaints regarding sales and service
  • Determination of service price schedules and discount rates with manager
  • Maximizing the Contract Capture Rate and service volume in the country
  • Development of service sales business plans and strategies
  • Identification of business opportunities and sales channels
  • Conducting contract negotiations until signing of the order
  • Leading payment collection process and minimization of accounts receivables in the region
  • As a member of the team, ensuring seamless teamwork and collaboration with other channels to provide total customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining high motivation, building team spirit and promoting exceptional staff and customer relations
