We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner here at Getine, a leading Global MedTech - working as part of our Global TA function, suporting hires predomiently in POland, including our finance centre, sales & service, R&D and corporate needs.  The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment and providing strategic talent acquisition support to attract and select high-quality candidates. This role involves developing innovative sourcing strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with business leaders, People and Culture Business Partners, and the global recruitment team. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Partner is accountable for improving local recruitment processes, creating talent pools, and leveraging systems data and market trends to influence recruitment outcomes. The role focuses on optimising hiring practices to ensure the best talent is secured for Getinge.

 

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for your assign business and/or regional area, including talent sourcing, pipelining, screening, conducting interviews, assessments, and providing continuous guidance to Hiring Managers throughout the process.

  • Act as the process owner and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in talent acquisition, driving best practices across the recruitment function.

  • Collaborate with HR and Hiring Managers to design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns, strategically addressing talent gaps and aligning with organizational needs to attract the right candidates.

  • Manage high volume hiring needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, HR Business Partners, current employees, and candidates, fostering a positive recruitment experience.

  • Drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices to ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Continuously develop business knowledge, understanding company and departmental objectives, industry challenges, and market dynamics to inform talent acquisition strategies.

  • Advise, train, and support business leaders and HR Business Partners on talent acquisition strategies, recruitment processes, and best practices.

  • Partner with Local HR and business teams to drive employer branding and university relations activities, including social media branding, recruitment campaigns, and participation in local career fairs.

  • Create and execute sourcing strategies using multiple channels (e.g., social media, job boards, employee referrals, alumni networks) to build a strong talent pipeline.

  • Stay up to date on recruitment trends, candidate behaviour, and advancements in hiring technology, particularly in the medical device industry.

  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with recruitment laws, company policies, and quality standards.

  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, key metrics, and hiring forecasts to stakeholders – utilising data, talent insights and market knowledge to influence outcomes

  • Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives to continuously enable, optimise and improve talent acquisition strategies and processes.

 

Quality System Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Comply with quality management system requirements and its roles, as defined globally within Getinge, as applicable.

  • Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

  • Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing the offer process, and successfully closing hires for professional, technical, and remote roles. Skilled in utilizing tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, job boards, and social media platforms to identify and attract high-quality talent, while continuously building and managing candidate pipelines.

  • Understanding of AI and how new tools will imporve hiring outcomes
  • Industry Knowledge: Ideally 5+ years of in-house and/or agency recruitment experience, preferably in regulated industries such as medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing. Strong track record in supporting hiring needs across all levels, including remote teams.

  • Advanced knowledge of recruitment technologies, with experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. Demonstrated ability to integrate and leverage new technologies to enhance the hiring process, streamline recruitment workflows, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to coach, negotiate, and influence across various levels of the organization. Proven ability to manage relationships effectively, partnering with leadership teams in candidate selection and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Skilled in maintaining clear, transparent, and engaging communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience while guiding them towards successful outcomes.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously. Adept at delivering results within tight deadlines while maintaining quality and compliance in all hiring practices.
