Job Overview

Provide administrative support to the Operations organization.

 

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

  • Provide full administrative support to the Operations group.
  • Calendar management for all activities, events, meetings, conferences, travel, etc.
  • Prepare meeting minutes.
  • Prepare documents, letters, spreadsheets, graphs, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Handle administrative assignments of a broad and varied nature to relieve Operations management of routine administrative details.
  • Exercise independent judgment in making day-to-day decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Interact professionally and effectively to provide information, respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all relationships.
  • Support the Reception desk as assigned.
  • Assist in special projects as needed. 
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related duties as requested.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Associates Degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of three years progressive administrative or related experience in a corporate environment
  • Exceptional skills with MS Office applications (Word/Excel) are required.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills required with a high degree of accuracy and discretion essential.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion. 
  • Proactive and a self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision. 
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the capacity to cooperate and build constructive relationships at all levels of international, both internal and external.
  • Demonstrated ability to use discretion and exercise independent judgement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly.

 

Environmental/Safety/Physical Work Conditions

  • Ensures environmental consciousness and safe practices are exhibited in decisions
  • Use of computer and telephone equipment and other related office accessories/devices to complete assignments
  • May work extended hours during peak business cycles

 

Houlry Range:  $26 - 36/hr DOE
