Job Purpose

• Responsible for supporting production and project execution through specialized architectural space design for Modular Operating Rooms, healthcare spaces, detailed CAD drafting, and comprehensive BOQ preparation.
• The position also involves conducting site assessments, ensuring design feasibility, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely Project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and execution drawings
• Develop BOQ/BOM and technical details
• Work on AutoCAD & Revit (mandatory)
• Catia / SolidWorks (Desirable)
• Coordinate with Project sales team, vendors and suppliers
• Support project execution and scheduling
• Site visit, Supplier visit (Occasionally)
• Ensure quality and documentation compliance

Key Architectural Competencies

• Trained in Revit, latest version
• MS Excel / MS Office know-how
• Architectural layout and internal wall elevations drawings
• Healthcare design projects exposure
• Detail drawings preparation for door, window and wall junction after validating with relevant vendor
• Typically this person needs to have a strong background in designing, Drafting architectural project ,Interior design project and /or construction contractor company
