Job Overview

  • Responsible for managing end-to-end third-party supplier and ESG processes

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

Supplier evaluation & ESG

Responsible for activities related to supplier audits and ESG evaluation.

  • Distribute SAQ via One Trust
  • Review & analyze SAQ responses
  • Identify vendors for ESG audits
  • Plan and coordinate ESG audits
  • Record non-compliance observations
  • Develop and track Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)
  • Ensure closure of audit observations
  • Conduct audits of new distributors and subsequent audits as required
  • Support the DDP process as required from time to time
  • Support other activities related to distribution management, third-party supplier management, and ESG processes as needed

To ensure requirements of the following GS QMS procedures are implemented and maintained:

  • SSU-SOP-1904 Distributor Management
  • SSU-SOP-01206 Supplier Audits
  • SSU-SOP-01204 Supplier Controls
  • SSU-SOP-0210 Product training Certification
  • SSU-SOP-01007-EN Document and Record Control

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a QRC-related role
  • Certified ISO 13485 & 9001 Internal Quality Auditor

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and activities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work within established deadlines and perform effectively under pressure
