Job Overview

Product Manager (PM)  - Digital Healthcare Solutions, is responsible for defining the strategy, roadmap, and feature requirements for hardware and software products that support healthcare delivery. The role focuses on optimizing clinical and operational workflows, enabling staff efficiency, and improving patient outcomes to drive operational excellence.

 

Responsibilities and Essential Duties

  • Be the Technical Spokesperson for DHS for all technical related inquiries
  • Create & Review all DHS technical quotations for sales team
  • Initiate/Develop end customers workshops to technically train & promote DHS solutions
  • Manage software updates, including coordinating with Partner’s (distributors and hospitals) IT personnel
  • Regulatory approvals & Complaint Handling
  • Own the Installed base/existing customers and work on continuous communications to ensure customer satisfaction/operations and promote add on modules & service agreements
  • Lead technical discussions during for sales negotiation meetings
  • Analyze project funnel and submit accurate forecast. Gforce funnel review & plan inventory 
  • Stock monitoring and co-ordinate with logistics to ensure availability of stocks and responsible to track / movement of demo inventory.
  • To improve monitoring of project funnel and forecast accuracy (+/- 5% as a target). Submission of Monthly report. S&OP Planning and Forecasting for DHS Products.
  • Forecast Planning and review calls with sales colleagues.
  • KOL creation and management
  • Coverage & Contact – Regular meetings with all key customers
  • Plan, Co-ordinate and execute Marketing programs to create pull in the market for entire range of DHS Portfolio.
  • Lead Generation through marketing events, customer meetings & follow ups
  • Create Marketing tools, presentations, offer formats, etc.

Qualification (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/applications
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in related domain
  • Education within IT combined with profound experience in application support and  customer relations
  • Technical & Regulatory Awareness:
    • Basic networking and data security principles
    • HL7, DICOM,PACS & FHIR standards for interoperability
    • Cloud vs. on-pre deployment
    • Cybersecurity in healthcare environments
    • India DPDP – Digital Personal Data Protection
    • Hospital accreditation standards (NABH, JCI)
  • Experience with network, implementation and administration of servers (Microsoft) combined with great knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Visio Applications. Preferably, experience from a similar support function
  • Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure and iHIS requirements
  • Knowledge of the CSSD & OR Department workflow will be an advantage
  • Excellent presentation and objection-handling skills.
  • Excellent planning and implementation skills.
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills face to face and over the phone and able to convert heavy technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Structured, methodical, analytical and systematic in problem solving
  • Ability to forge and maintain relationships with customers
  • Must be a team player
