Job Overview

This position is responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from Onboarding to Offboarding.

The Senior Executive – P&C, will manage the full spectrum of HR operations while simultaneously partnering with business leaders to deliver people solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless employee life cycle processes, compliance, and HR systems management, along with supporting business HR initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

HR Operations & Employee Life Cycle Management

  1. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Manage pre‑joining documentation, onboarding, orientation, and induction.
  • Oversee that respective depts work on IT access, asset allocation, and assimilation schedules.
  • Handle resignation process, exit interviews.
  • Educate and facilitate F&F coordination, and documentation.

     2. HRIS & Data Management

  • Maintain and update employee data across HR systems.
  • Ensure accurate data for payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and shift changes.
  • Generate HR dashboards, trackers, and MIS as required.

     3. Compliance & Documentation

  • Manage Internal audit support.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, labour laws, and process controls.
  • Maintain employee files, contracts, and records with 100% accuracy.

     4. Policies & Process Management

  • Implement HR processes and SOPs across business units.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
  • Support internal HR audits and prepare compliance reports.

HR Partnering & People Engagement

     1. Employee Relations & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.
  • Handle employee queries, conflict cases, and address grievances.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 connects, pulse checks.                                                                                                   

     2. Performance Management

  • Facilitate appraisal cycles.
  • Support goal-setting, performance reviews, and PIP tracking.
  • Coach managers and employees on performance processes.

     3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Analyse engagement surveys and support action planning with business leaders.
  • Drive culture-building initiatives aligned with company values.

     4. Workforce Support & HR Advisory

  • Collaborate with managers on workforce planning, internal movements, and staffing needs.
  • Support change management and communication for HR projects.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate/Post Graduate Diploma / Masters degree or equivalent specializing in Human Resources. Specialization in Human Resources is Preferable
  • 3-4 years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to work in a fast paced and performance driven organization.
  • Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
